Functional Training



Functional Training is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics, core training and more to prepare the body for the unexpected.


Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. In the context of body building, functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.


This high-intensity workout is extremely varied and all about getting the most bang for your workout buck. We rarely do never do the same routine twice in one week and each workout will usually last between 45 minutes to an hour.
